Lady Gaga rocks a thigh high slit in her dress at the 39th International Emmy Awards held at the Mercury Ballroom on Monday (November 21) in NYC. The 25-year-old entertainer presented Nigel Lythgoe, American Idol executive producer, with the Founders Award. Gaga shocked the crowd when she made the unannounced appearance at the award show, and called Nigel her “favorite executive in the business,” according to Reuters.
