Lady Gaga is reportedly being lined up to star in Doctor Who.
According to the Daily Star, the BBC wants to sign up the singer, 24, to play a villain in the series.
Scriptwriter Gareth Roberts said: “The script might end up on screen one day with Lady GaGa, who will have fallen on hard times.”
A source added: “She is no stranger to dressing up and would be more than a match for the Doctor. It would be a great coup to get her.”
Lady GaGa recently ordered ghostbusters to get rid of ‘evil spirits’ on tour.

She’s not exactly known for her squeaky-clean image and has been no stranger to controversy during her rise to fame.
But has Lady GaGa possibly taken things too far? The singer was slammed by horrified fans after she pretended to be murdered and eaten on stage by a crazed psycho killer, just hours after the horrific shooting spree across Cumbria County in North West England.
Thousands of fans and parents, who had taken their children to the concert at the MEN Arena in Manchester, looked on in horror as the 24-year old singer, dressed in a skimpy leather basque, was ambushed by a man dressed in black, who then appeared to bite into her neck causing fake blood to spurt down her chest. The scene on stage came as Cumbrians were still coming to terms with the mass slaughter perpetrated by cab driver Derrick Bird, 52, who killed 12 in a gun rampage before turning the gun on himself. One mother who took her 14-year-old daughter to the show said: “I was absolutely sickened at what I saw. It was extremely tasteless to see her pretend to be attacked in such a gory way.
Given all the violence which happened in Cumbria just hours earlier, pop stars should be a lot more sensitive and not be featuring scenes of murder in their shows.” The Bad Romance singer was also engulfed by dancers playing crazed killers and appeared to lie dying on stage covered in blood. Lynn Costello of Mothers Against Violence said: “I wouldn’t let any child of mine go to see Lady GaGa — I think she’s tasteless anyway and this scene appears to back what I believe. They’re role models, they need to take responsibility. It’s tasteless.”

During a break from her Monster Ball tour in England, Lady GaGa stopped in at the Prince of Wales pub in Birmingham where she bought a round for the entire bar!
GaGa spent two hours in the pub drinking whiskey and Diet Cokes and scribbling notes on napkins. She not only treated the whole pub to drinks, but she also left the wait staff a hefty tip, says The Daily Mail.
“In a Pub in England, ruining bar napkins with lyrics and memories. Dreams are never weak like we are, drunk or sober,” GaGa tweeted of her experience there, where she apparently spent two hours drinking whiskey and Diet Cokes and jotting down notes on napkins.
Don’t you love it when celebs give back?

Lady GaGa apparently believes in ghosts and is even convinced she is being haunted by spirits.
According to a British newspaper, the extravagant 24-year-old paid $5,000 on ghostbusting equipment before she performed at London’s O2 Arena this week.
The kit – which included electro-magnetic field readers – was ordered from a ghost-busting company owned by Dan Webb, who told The Mirror: “When I took the order for the kit I had no idea who it was for, but then I checked the listings and saw who was playing the O2.
“Her aide said the gear had to be robust as they were taking it on the road – so they must be doing this every where Lady Gaga is performing,” he blabbed.
Last week GaGa cried on stage, when she became emotional during a song dedicated to her sick grandfather.
She also treated an entire pub full of strangers to free drinks in a UK drinking spot.

Checkout the latest weirdness in the crazy world of Lady GaGa…
The pop star sensationally shunned a swanky hotel and bedded down for the night at a supermarket car park.
GaGa and her entourage had travelled from Birmingham to London, in the early hours of Saturday morning, following her gig at the LG Arena.
But after dropping off her luggage at the plush Dorchester, where her staff were staying, she refused to get off the tourbus.
Instead she ended up kipping on it when it parked overnight outside a Tesco store in Kensington. Talk about off her trolley!
Our source reveals “It was really bizarre. All GaGa’s luggage – about 20 laminated boxes and suitcases – were dropped off at the Dorchester with her crew at about 3am.
“And 15 minutes later, the driver, one of her entourage and GaGa’s security guy got back on the bus and drove off, hitting the West Cromwell Road Tesco’s at about 3.30am. They went down a ramp to park next to Alicia Keys’ coach.
“Alicia had checked into her hotel, but GaGa got them to turn off the ignition and bedded down for the night.
“Seven hours later, at 10.30am, a Mercedes SLK arrived, as well as a silver people carrier bringing a bag of shopping. Maybe GaGa wanted the first batch of fresh hot croissants.
Her guard slipped her out of the bus and into the Mercedes. Both the cars drove off, with GaGa heading to a recording studio.”
Later, she stepped out in a black Dolce & Gabbana suit, and with her hair in a blonde curly bob – looking just like Madonna in her 80s heyday.
GaGa told showstudio.com: “From knowing and meeting and loving Madonna, it has allowed me to meet amazing, wonderful iconic people.
“By meeting these people, I have discovered myself. My freedom. My security. Myself.”

Lady GaGa has reportedly ordered her team to carry out “spirit-seeking sweeps” of venues on her current tour.
The ‘Alejandro’ singer apparently implemented the measure after becoming convinced that evil spirits are haunting her. London’s O2 arena will be the first venue to be subject to the checks ahead of a concert tonight.
Dan Webb told the Sunday Mirror that his ghost-busting firm received a request for the special equipment before the gig.
“When I took the order for the kit I had no idea who it was for,” he said. “But then I checked the listings and saw who was playing the O2. Her aide said the gear had to be robust as they were taking it on the road – so they must be doing this everywhere Lady GaGa is performing.”
The 23-year-old singer recently credited the spirit of her dead aunt with saving her from a life-threatening cocaine addiction.

Lady Gaga gave fans a rare glimpse of her softer side during the Nottingham date of her Monster Ball world tour.
Less than a week after it was reported that she sacked a number of staff during the Japanese leg of her tour, the Poker Face singer appeared to be reduced to tears on stage.
She told the audience about her grandfather’s ill health and admitted she had spent much of the day crying since learning of his illness, before dedicating Speechless to him.
“It’s been one of those tough things that my grandpa’s too old to come to my show, but I suppose if we sing loud enough, he’ll be able to hear us,” the singer said.
Lady Gaga paused during her performance of the ballad and appeared to wipe tears away, with the emotion of the situation seemingly too much for her.
The moment did not detract from her performance, as she also treated fans to the full on Lady Gaga experience – complete with bizarre costumes, outrageous dance routines and even a burning piano.
She takes her unique stage show to London’s O2 Arena on Sunday and Monday, before performances in Manchester and Sheffield next week.

“I love ‘Glee,’ she told EW. “I went to a musical theatre school, and used to dream that someday the students would be singing my songs.”
Tuesday’s episode featured New Directions singing some of Gaga’s hit songs, including ‘Bad Romance.’
The highlight of the night was a duet between Broadway star, Idina Menzel and Lea Michele who shared a mother-daughter moment as they performance the song ‘Pokerface’ as a duet.

Lady GaGa has revealed that she has been tested for a life-threatening disease.
The ‘Alejandro’ singer, who has suffered a series of health scares on her Monster Ball tour, has now admitted she may have lupus, a disease that killed her aunt.
GaGa has undergone hospital tests but refuses to reveal if she is carrying the disease, the Daily Star reports.
She said: “I’m very connected to my aunt, Joanne, who died of lupus. It’s a very personal thing.”
The disease affects the immune system, and could explain her series of blackouts on stage in the past few months.
